DESCRIPTION
The DIS 1000 - 4000 FC - VE series oil separators made entirely in GRP (Glass-Reinforced Polyester) are monobloc vertical axis cylindrical structures sized for treatment of waste water coming from service stations, parking lots, mechanics' garages, carports, etc., effected by oils, greases, hydrocarbons.
Inside these tanks a fibre glass reinforced plastic deflector is opportunely inserted which is equipped with a "coalescing" filtration unit for the purpose of determining two sections inside: sedimentation and flotation.
The output piping has been opportunely designed to avoid the light particles, which are rising, being dragged with the clear water.
OPERATION
The DIS 1000 - 4000 FC - VE series oil separators were designed to obtain a suitable retention time and rising speed of the hydrocarbon substances via a deflector baffle inserted in the central zone of the device equipped with a "coalescing" type filter which has the peculiarity of holding the oil on the surface of the filtered materials so that the sizes of the oily aggregations become such as to trigger the disconnection and rising to the surface.
Supply of DIS 1000 - 4000 FC - VE series oil separators made entirely in GRP (Glass-Reinforced Polyester) with monobloc vertical axis cylindrical structures sub-divided into two distinct sections: sedimentation for settling of the sedimentable solids and flotation of the hydrocarbon substances; complete with waste intake and output piping, upper inspection porthole of the sections and connection piping, GRP baffle equipped with a "coalescing" type filter unit for flotation of the hydrocarbon substances, sized to guarantee the limits established for floating substances in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 152/06.
